So to elaborate on the title of the thread, I received a billing report in my account's mail, dated for today (October the 16th of 2020), stating that my subscription was successfully put in place for membership.
My issue arises from the fact that I'm already a gold VIP member and am already under a subscription for membership with the account in question.
None of the billing information was changed, the subscription was not removed then put back up, it just gave me a billing report for a subscription that by all rights could not have been made.
I do not know what to be doing in this situation, it makes no sense to me for this to be happening.
I would appreciate any help or thoughts on this.
