Unable to pay with PayPal

My membership is close to running out, and since I don't use a typical credit/debit card issued by a recognized bank, I use PayPal instead for purchases where prepaid cards won't do. However, my recent attempt to purchase membership via PayPal keeps being refused. It's quite odd, as I've purchased keys and bonds using this method as recently as three weeks ago. Nothing about my linked prepaid card has changed, it's not expired or anything, as I used it yesterday afternoon. Any ideas? Regards!

Prepaid cards might not be accepted for PayPal subscriptions. The difference is that keys and bonds are one-time purchases, not subscriptions (recurring) like membership is.

You could use PayPal to buy a RuneScape prepaid gift card from Walmart or Newegg.

The 12-month membership package is not recurring and may also work--although you might want to wait for the Premier Club at the end of the year before committing to 12 months.
