Why is my membership not worki

Hello,
I brought a 1 month membership on the 9th of May, I've come to login yesterday to be told I must get membership to join a members world, literally 1 week in an im apparently not a member when after purchasing the 1 month membership. I feel I've been robbed as I've never had this issue before. I didn't buy a bond I straight up brought 1 month membership.

I have this problem too the site and game say I’m a member but can’t log into a members world. it’s been the some for 2 days it’s due for renewal today but paying for a month you’d expect to be a member for a month and the support is a bit of a joke

As I said above to the OP, if the account has membership, it will have access to the members worlds.

Check your membership by logging in to account management (My Account button at the top of this page).
In there you can see if your membership is recurring or not. If it is recurring, you can see what day it rebills on.

Membership is done by calendar month dates e.g. if you pay on 10th, it renews a few days before the next monthly anniversary.
When you say "it’s due for renewal today" is that an auto renew? or are you manually renewing?

Mine is the same way. Money had come out of my account but it says you need to be a member and when I got to sign back up again it says cannot sign up as a member pending response from the developer. So how many days or weeks do I have to wait to get a response and made a member?
