Hey! I got a $20 outstanding balance, I mean it's ok, but when I'm trying to pay it, when I proceed to select the payment method, nothing shows up, I tought first it was my computer, but no, its my account, I logged in into another account and I could select the payment method such as paypal or dc/cc. But in this account, nothing shows up when it comes to the "select your payment method" screen.. I want to play so bad I need help!

Try clearing your cache then look at the payment page again.
Instructions: How to clear your browser Cache

If you still can't get anything to show, you should message Billing Support.
Go to the Settle an Unpaid Balance support page, read it and use the 'Contact Us' button to get to a message form.

I have the same issue right now and it's been a week with no resolution from support.

I have a membership that expires in 2 days which I doubt will be reinstated since support seems like they're just going to ignore me. I got it from Twitch Prime rewards.

I hadn't played in a long time and my account got hijacked with unpaid balance I did not incur. the one day of the year I logged in...

Having to post everywhere on the forum to get this resolved, I guess.

Edit: fixed, but membership from twitch prime wasn't reinstated.
