I just recovered my old account from 2005 but I am unable to get an active subscription for some reason? It was showing in the management section but was not showing in the game and it still states that I am ineligible to subscribe? I just want to play my original character with all of the goodies that require membership. Please help?

It shows on your profile that you're member, so I assume you've found the solution?
Usually you might have to relog into the game after subscribing for it to take into effect. Life is like a camera: Just focus on what's important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don't work out, take another shot !
