I can't seem to find this information anywhere, not even in a search engine, nor where to contact Jagex to ask about it so I am posting it here. I could not find an email to contact Jagex Billing anywhere. I could not find any description anywhere of how Paypal handles transactions in full detail, all I was able to find is transaction IDs.

What information is sent to Paypal during a transaction purchase with Jagex? Is it simply a transaction ID and amount of money requested with date and time? Is it Runescape character username? Email associated with Runescape account? Data collected from ad & click trackers? I'd prefer to have a fully detailed official response from Jagex rather than a guess or assumption from the community, thank you in advance for the help. Any links to verifiable information would be appreciated.

You can request information via the 'Make a Subject Access Request' button on the Your personal data rights information page.

I am not sure whether your payment related questions are covered by this form but it is the only method to request personal information.

It sounds like you want to know exactly what information passes between Jagex and PayPal when a transaction is done.

You should also investigate PayPal support and send a similar request to them.
