unable to claim umbral chests

hi, im not sure if this is where i should be putting this thread but here it is anyway ive claimed it on twitch prime and it wont allow me to claim again but the chests never appeared on my account, if someone could help id appreciate it.

haha thanks always liked the name, unfortunately ive already tried what it says there and it just redirects me back to the twitch prime reward page im not sure why, i even tried unlinking my account but nothing works

"After you claim the reward in Twitch, you have to activate it via the Runescape website.

- Find the offer in Twitch, on the drop-down list (party hat symbol)

- Click the link in Step 1 ('here') to link your Twitch and RS accounts (even if they're already linked)

- Login if asked to.

- On the Runescape webpage, click 'Confirm' "

Those instructions should work.

You have to claim the reward from Twitch and then from RS:

Find the offer on the Twitch Prime Loot page.

To the left of the Claimed mark, there should be a link called "View instructions". Click that.

On the pop-up that should now be open, click on the link in Step 1 to link your Twitch and Runescape accounts, even if they are already linked. (The picture is from an older offer, but it still works the same)


That will open a page on RuneScape. On the Runescape webpage (you may need to log in) , click 'Confirm'.
