On 6th and 13 October, I received login messages from Jagex billing, confirming transactions. I did not buy anything, and so far have not found any money spent on my credit card (I don't think anyway). Is this a glitch? Anyone else getting these? I have tried and tried to find an area on billing queries that relates to this, or a customer support or billing support email, but failed. I just keep going round and round in circles.

The only thing I can think of that happened on those days was getting the twitch prime reward, which is free. Can this be a bug triggered by this? Im a gold premier member, so it cannot be related to subscription.

Hi

I'm in the same position as LaziestTiger, I've had a message telling me that Jagex has received my payment but I'm not due another subscription payment until February 2021 as I'm a gold member.

I also think it could be to do with the Prime rewards but it would be nice to know if this is a glitch or if I need to check my credit cards for incorrect payments.

Unfortunately, as LaziestTiger found, there's no way to contact Jagex about this.

It would be nice to get an answer to this to save me worrying about whether I've been charged incorrectly.

If your account is showing billing messages that you know you did not transact, you need to do two things:
1. Contact Billing Support to get them to investigate
2. Review your email and account security as someone else is using your account

To contact Billing Support go to the Unknown transaction support page, work through the points on that page and, if necessary, use the 'Contact Us' button to get to a message form.

Thanks Malua, but no-one is using my account (except me - every day), and I have already taken the measures you suggested to no avail. It appears no money has actually been taken from my credit card and I am relatively sure this is some kind of glitch, but would appreciate some reassurance from Jagex.

If you want reassurance from Jagex you need to use the 'Contact Us' button on the Unknown Transaction page as the message will get through to Billing Support JMods and they will reply to you.
Billing Support cannot be contacted by email, only through the webforms on the website here.

Hijackers very rarely use a players credit card to do fraudulent transactions. They tend to use stolen cards or untraceable ones.

Same here. Yesterday I claimed my free twitch prime reward and when i logged in i got 2 umbral chests + 25 keys. I didn't know if keys were part of the reward.

Today i have received a login message from Jagex, talking about a confirmed transaction but I did not buy anything. I got my membership from bonds, the gold package. I need to check my credit card though.

I dont think a hijacker would use another card to buy stuff for my account. Nothing has been added to my account, apart from the umbral chests. Authenticator and bank pin remain in place.

The contact us button on the billing queries section just takes you round in circles.

Keys were supposed to be part of the reward from twitch prime, as well as the two umbral chests.

I have also had the same thing happen to me upon receiving my prime package, i wasn't charged but i have received a message to confirm my payment, I'm hoping i wont be charged as it's advertised as a free package if you have prime.
