I bought some bonds on my account and now it is locked because they detected "fraud" .. Apparently Jagex does not take American Debit and now my bank has told me if I try to pay the balance on the credit it will fry my card. I don't understand with so many American players how American debit cards can't be used? Also with no international restrictions. I've been contacting support and have only gotten reset password emails. I am extremely angry after the membership I have been paying for the account through the bonds is being wasted. Also what is Razer?? Why keep changing your payment methods?? this is ridiculous. I want my account back but am starting to come to the conclusion after 15 years of playing this game on and off this is time to let it go.

Is your account 'locked' or 'frozen'?
The two terms mean different things.
It depends what exact error message you are seeing when you try to log in as to what the problem is.

I suspect your account is 'frozen' and that a hijacker has used your account to commit online fraud against Jagex.

You need to urgently review your email and account security.
Change the password to your email right away and work through these instructions: Securing your account

Next, message Billing Support to find out what is going on.
If you are getting 'Password Reset' emails, you aren't on the right pathway to message Billing Support.
Start on the Settle an Unpaid Balance information page.
Read that page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
