Unpaid Balance Cant Contact CS

Hey guys, I'm making this post because there was some fraudulent activity on my account and attempting to go through their customer service routes hasn't been working. Not that I've been waiting long, but that I'm getting errors when trying to submit my emails. Anyways, the following is the body of the email I am trying to send to Jagex through their "unpaid balance" customer support area on the website:

"Hello,

I tried to log in to my old school runescape account today and was informed that there is an unpaid balance on my account. When I went to my account in the billing area, it says I owe $84.00 for an "unpaid balance." This has to be an error, as I have never attempted to spend $84.00 on anything on your website. I will describe a few recent events regarding my account:

I became a paid member a week or two ago and also bought a 3-pack of bonds for old school runescape. I had played peacefully until yesterday:

Yesterday when I attempted to log in and play, I discovered there had been an authenticator attached to my account that I did not authorize. I immediately deactivated it, and reattached my own authenticator, as well as changed my password to secure my account. Once I had made the changes, I logged in to find myself missing all of my gold and several expensive items. I decided to keep playing because I really love old school runescape, and because I thought my account to be secure. I was able to continue to play throughout the day and night without issues, and even made a purchase of another 3-pack of bonds.

Then, today when I attempted to log in I was notified about the unpaid balance on my account.

In total, I have spent the following on your game:

$10.99 on membership
$20.99 on bonds
$20.99 on bonds

Any other charges on this account were not made by me and are therefore fraudulent.
All I am asking is for the unpaid balance to be removed from my account."

If anyone in customer support reads this and can send me a message, that would be great.

I was hoping to avoid spelling all of that out on my mobile device, as it is the only other device I have available. However, I did it anyway, and it was successfully submitted. Strange it wouldn't work on either browser on my desktop pc.

Thanks for the tip, I will remember to try other devices for these issues in the future before making a forum post.
