I was hacked a little while ago and who ever did it tryed to buy things on my card to your establishment now i cant find a spot to use a visa card to renew my membership since it has since lapsed PLEASE HELP before i lose my username thanks

Firstly, you won't lose your display name (Psoc) just because the account is not currently a member.

Secondly, have you fully secured your account now?

And lastly, the payment issue.
The payment page will show you what payment methods are acceptable for your account.
Jagex does restrict the available payment methods to an account if there has been a forced refund (chargeback).
If you want to message Billing Support to ask about your case, use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom of the Common Credit Card Issues support page.
