A few days ago I bought a 3 month membership and 10 bonds with my debit card.

The payment went through without issue and I got my membership and my ten bonds.

However, I just checked my bank account and the transaction is gone.

I have all the money I spent on Runescape, and I don't know why. I just logged in, I still have my account with membership and bonds, but for some reason I was refunded my payment to Jagex.

Does anyone know why this would happen? Is Jagex gonna freeze my account or something because of this?

I am trying to find a support form to send Jagex, but I can't find any way to actually send them a message...

You will need to message Billing Support about this.
Go to the Common Credit Card Issues support page and click on the 'Contact Us' button.
You can then navigate through to a message form to fill out.

Your account might get frozen but, at least you will have initiated the contact.
