Membership payment issue

Hi there,

Today I paid for membership via my credit card and it went through, gave me the confirmation, and took it out of my CC but I still do not have membership. I know it is for this account because I clicked the button to upgrade from this specific account while logged in. Is there a large delay sometimes and will my membership be activated later on or something? It's been approx. 20 minutes but usually it's instant.

You need to log out and close the game then re-open it to update an added membership.

If you paid through a mobile app (Google Play/Apple Pay), it can take up to 24 hours for the membership to be added.

So I purchased membership and its been 3 days since but i still and still have no active membership in game. Is there a way to contact someone who can help me get this sorted out?

The account you're posting from is Member - did you purchase Membership for another account? In which case, does the purchase show on your bank account?
