I bought 10 bonds for my RS3 Prikauro. I did not recieve any of them, and I was charge but did not recieve a single one. I check OSRS just in case if it went there, and nope, I did not recieve any.
I am extremely unsure if it's because I used a different card and the one I used before expired years back. What happened was when I typed in my new debit card, it did say it "card was refuse". I double checked all info, and tried it again and again. After about 10 minutes, I given up but yet it took $69.99 from my account. So can I recieve my 10 bonds whats going on?
I already check my inventory, my bond pouch, and my OSRS version - None of them have bonds that I purchased. PLEASE HELP!
The one with too much
If money has left your bank account, it will be returned if the payment did not succeed.
Your bank would be holding the money, they don't know that the purchase was unsuccessful.
Eventually they will return the money into your account.
Debit card payment only works if you are in the UK.
If you are in another country, you might not be able to use a debit card.
Wow... But I bought vip membership with a debit card... how come it won't work now? I need a better explaination than that if it worked for my vip purchase a while back.

Banks often block debit card charges from foreign countries as a protective measure against fraud. Try calling your bank and ask them for help with the rejected charges. I expect that if you pre-approve the charges from Jagex by calling your bank or card provider then the charges will be accepted the next time you try to make a purchase from Jagex.

Hey Tony, your bounds should appear in your currency pouch
If they're not there, try logging into other accounts that you may own. It's possible you were logged into a different account in the website when making your purchase. If you find your bonds on the wrong account,
head here to get them transferred to the correct account
!
If you used Google/Apple pay it can take up to 24 hours to receive the item

If nothing's to be found on other accounts, please check your accounts in OSRS - it's possible you ordered the bonds for the wrong game, this happens every now and then!
It might also say which game, and display name you bought the bonds for on billing email.
Head here on how to transfer bonds from OSRS to RS3
If the above fails, please click the link and hit "Still stuck" and make your way through the instructions - if none help resolve the issue, you'll be able to send Jagex a support ticket
