On the 7th of June my PayPal account has been charged for a month of membership subscription. The money has been charged on my bank account on the 9th of June.
But I have no membership status, i send an email trough PayPal earlier but didn't get a response.
I don't need a refund but can I just have my membership status for a month?

Log in to each of these accounts and check if a membership has been added to one.
Check your PayPal account to see if you can find anything that identifies which RS account the membership was applied to.
