As above I have a complex billing issue and need to speak with support directly.

I have attempted to complete the support tickets and this has failed to send every time.

Please help/contact me urgently.

If your ticket is failing to send, try clearing your cache: How to clear your browser Cache

If that doesn't help, try another browser or another device.

Players sometime have problems getting the date to enter and it auto-fails the ticket.
