I Just bought 3 bonds on mobile RS3 but they aren't showing up.
- I checked my OSRS account too and It's not there.
- No, I haven't bought it for another account accidentally.
- The payment was confirmed (I checked my credit card and I have received a message from Jagex stating that they received my payment).
It can take up to 24 hours for membership or Bonds purchased through the mobile app to appear on your Runescape account.
This is because you aren't buying directly from Jagex, you are buying from Google or Apple and it can take a while to process the order through.
But if Jagex has already sent me a billing message, it means they've received the payment right?
And if they did receive the payment, I should have received my bond already.
Do you know how I can get to talk to a JMod about this?
At 2:44 am, early on a Sunday morning? No.
I doubt you will be able to get a Billing Support JMod at this hour.
If you purchased through your Google Play account, have you followed that last point?
"If your Google Play payment was definitely successful visit the in-game store and you should receive a prompt to pick up your purchase. Make sure you're logged into the same Google Play account that you made the purchase on."
I have a smililar Problem. I payed 2x10 Bonds with paysafecard, but i just got 10 of them. Both are payed and even got a payment cofirmation on every damn side but still after 3 Days not recieved the last 10.
its much money i spend so what should i do now? I tried to tell them on twitter, no respond, tried the support things - didnt work either. And there is no damn Email. It is getting so frustrating.. hope smn can help me!
