YOU GUYS HAVE NO PROBLEM ALLOWING ME TO PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP ON MY OSRS ACCOUNT ON MY PHONE BUT AS SOON AS I TRY TO LOG IN WITH THE EXACT SAME CREDENTIALS ON MY COMPUTER YOU REFUSE TO GRANT ME ACCESS AND THEN WHEN I DISPUTE THAT AND REQUEST AN ACCOUNT RECOVERY YOU GUYS HAVE NO SUPPORT AND DECLINE REQUEST WITH NO OTHER COURSE OF ACTION IGNORING THE FACT THE PLAYER IS A PAYING CUSTOMER PROVIDING YOU PLENTY OF VALID INFO THAT PROVES THEY ARE THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT. THIS IS NOT RIGHT AND I KNOW IM NOT THE ONLY PLAYER EXPERIENCING THIS. THEY ARE JUST LOCKING PEOPLE OUT OF ACCOUNTS. I DONT KNOW THE EMAIL I SIGNED UP WITH ON THE ACCOUNT I CURRENTLY AM LOGGED INTO ON MY PHONE BUT I KNOW FORSURE ITS MY ACCOUNT AND THE FACT THEY JAGEX IS PLAYING GAMES WITH PAYING ACCOUNT HOLDERS SHOWS TO ME THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PLAYER BASE. I DEMAND A REFUND AND SINCE I CANT LOG-IN TO MY ACCOUNT ON ANY OTHER DEVICE OTHER THAN MY IPHONE, I CANT DISPUTE OR REQUEST A REFUND. When you log in with your phone, how do you do it?
Through your Google account? Through your Game Centre account?

When you created the account on mobile, did you create it by downloading the app from the Google Play store or the Apple Pay store?

These mobile app downloads create you an account that can be played through your mobile BUT if you want to also access the account through a pc, you have to add an email login and password to the account.
The email connected to your Google account or Game Centre account is not automatically made into your Runescape login.

To add an email login to a Google created account: Add a login email to Google created accounts
To add an email login to a Game Centre created account: Add a login email to Game Center accounts

The account you have posted in the forums with [#2GOQCW24B] is not your mobile account that you paid membership for.
It must be an old, inactive account from years ago that you have inadvertently logged into on your pc, believing it would be your mobile account.

So log into your account on your phone and add an email/password login and you will then be able to also login to the account through a pc.
If you want to try your [#2GOQCW24B] account in-game, log into RS3 on it via your pc and see if you remember the account from years ago. It is unlikely to have any OSRS game activity.

I am going to ignore the angry caps lock allegations in your opening post as I believe the problem can be solved without too much problem. It's just a matter of understanding what is going on.
