Just purchased a bond

I just purchased a bond, but i haven't recieved it on my account, nor can I find any trase of it anywhere. I checked my bank account, and money were definately charged. Has anybody had similar problems, or am i looking the wrong places or?

Are you able to confirm whether you have purchased for the right game? Have you checked both OSRS and RuneScape 3?
