Before you say jagex said you cannot purchase bonds via Steam, I already did it few times in the past, but now I came back to play runescape, I had few bucks left in my steam wallet from a refund of another game then I decided come back and get 10 - 20 bonds
Okay, logged in steam, attached this rs acc at my steam and tried to order and then I get PAYMENT REFUSED all the time, thought it was something with Steam, so I send them a ticket, sent them my ID, selfie and my card proof which they did ask, and they said they would fix the payment thing
But then I got another awnser for the ticket saying they couldn't not fix the problem because my steam has literally no problems at all, it was JAGEX ( like always...I play this game since 2009 so I know very well Mod Mark and Jagex ) refusing my payment, not Steam
Now look, I live in Brazil, I pay here 27 usd per 10 bonds ( yeah we have a different price, Jagex may hate me for telling all the world this ) but yeah, and in Brazil we got ONLY ONE method which is BOA COMPRA to pay bonds, Boa Compra is very known in Brazil and all around South America to be worst payment method ever, they refuses payment for no reason, they takes around 7 days to awnser a ticket ( with no solution ) and 85% of times they approve the payment they take 7 days or so just to put the stuff you paid in your game account...So its a literally trash, but they got the monopoly of the payments in Brazil
If I don't use boacompra I would pay like 3x more for the same 10 bonds or even more. So even if I use an external payment from steam, wouldn't worth for me. The easiest and fastest way would be Steam, that's why I made the decision to come back to RS now days...And seems a bad choice, already having headache with this game, even before I get to play it lol....
