I can't buy 1 month membership

I want to buy 1 month membership via steam. When I add 1 month membership package into the cart and click "Continue to pay" button, the steam checkout page is not loading. where as adding 6 months or 12 months membership into the cart and after clicking the check out button is taking me to the steam checkout page. I have also checked with my friends and They are also facing the same issue. This issue is happening when you add 1 month membership package into the cart.

If you are on the Steam website, trying to buy membership, you need to contact Steam support.
Why?
Because Jagex can't see the purchase you are trying to make on a third party website.

There is a link to Steam support in the links on the Unsuccessful payment support page.
