Shows I have membership till 12/2023 I noticed it today as I lost 100 bank spaces. Also in account settings it says log in and look to the right and you can see your membership status, not true, I see nothing. Just wondering what happened, am I going to have to purchase another premier membership?
Firstly, check exactly what type of membership you have at the moment.
How to Check your Subscription:
Log into account management (My Account at the top of this page)
On the right hand side, under
'Membership'
it will say either:
- member until xx/xx/xxxx
- recurring membership
If it says member until xx/xx/xxxx, it means you do not have a subscription going currently and are just using up member time already paid for.
If it says recurring membership, it means you
do
have a subscription going and can check further to see what subscription you have.
Below that you can see three buttons.
Does the bottom button say
'Manage Subscriptions'
or
'Billing Support'
?
If it says
'Manage Subscriptions'
, it means you have a recurring subscription.
If it says
'Billing Support'
, it means you don't have a recurring subscription.
If it says
'Manage Subscription'
, click then click
'View by Account'
You will be taken to a screen that shows exactly what subscription type you have under the
'Packages'
heading.
Buying Premier:
If you can't get it to go past PAY NOW is there an error message showing?
How did you pay for membership last time you paid?
Have you tried from a different computer?
