Mostly just a gripe / complain session and mention an easier way to update your exp date on your credit card.
Realizing I needed to update the expiration date on my card, I went to my account to do such. Couldn't find an exact "update card info" so searched more in billing support and found where you cancel account to update card info. Confused. Searched the threads for credit card update and found multiple inquiries and resolutions. All seemed to recommend cancelling and re subscribing, mentions of new rate issues, etc. Multiple suggestions, lots of confused people. Now I'm confused even more.
Found one mention where you just have to hit the subscribe bottom at top of this page, then select your legacy rate (others should be lined out), when payment card info comes up, select new card and fill in with current info. Done. Thank god.
Seems like they could do a better job explaining how to perform this function from the main page(s) and billing support. I was totally confused and see how others could be confused about what and where to go to keep current account and just update credit card info.
I wanted to create a subject line of "CAN YOU MAKE IT ANY MORE CONFUSING" but figured I should be nice.
