Missing bonds

I bought bonds on rs3 and have not gotten them. I have checked both my osrs and rs3 account and can not find them. I did dc shortly after purchasing the bonds could that be why I did not receive them?

Disconnecting would not affect the delivery of Bonds into your account.
Do you have a message confirming the purchase in your 'Messages' tab? You should have a message.

Try the troubleshooting on the Find my Bond support page.

No I did not get a message and the find my bond doesn't help I have gone through all of those steps. That's why I'm posting here I have never had my account charged and not gotten a message or the bonds

If you didn't get a message, it means the purchase did not succeed.

The money will be returned to your account.
When you make a purchase, your bank takes the money out of your account and holds it, pending the request from the company you purchased from.
If the company does not request it within a certain time period (could be 3-5 days), your bank will return the money to your account and it will end up looking like it never left the account at all.

The Unsuccessful payment support page has the troubleshooting for this issue.
