I purchased 1 month of membership for osrs through the Apple Store. Unfortunately, Apple doesn’t allow you to purchase just one month so I immediately turned off auto-renewal after I made my purchase. My membership has expired, and I am no longer able to purchase membership directly through Jagex. This is for an account that I’ve had since 2008, and I refuse to go through Apple to purchase my membership.
This is my first time ever posting on the RS forum, and it seems that the only support provided would be by the community, which is just absurd. I can never get over the fact that Jagex offers zero customer support to its customers and instead relies on theirs customers to help out one another.
Has anyone else experienced this, and found a way to work around it?
