Unable to purchase bonds

I purchased a month's membership for my new account yesterday and would like to continue buying 3 bonds. He always reminds me that I cannot make a purchase. I waited for a day and continued to try, but still couldn't make a purchase. I hope everyone can help me.

Did you buy the membership through Apple Pay or Google Play?
If so, you cannot purchase through the website here until the membership you bought has expired and your account returned to F2p.

Apple Pay and Google Play and not compatible with other purchase methods.

I made the payment through a debit card used on the official website

However, after waiting for three days, I was still unable to purchase the bonds

Try working through the troubleshooting on the Unsuccessful payment support page.

Jagex do set stronger restrictions on the purchase of Bonds as they are very vulnerable to online fraud.
