Hello, I just bought two packs of bonds through mobile (5 bonds and 3 bonds). I got the 5 bonds immediately, but never got the 3 bonds, nor a confirmation of purchase. I tried to put in a support ticket but got the runaround. Google Play said to contact Jagex. Apparently, they made it nearly impossible to do so. I need help from a real human, please. Thank you.
If you didn't get a confirmation about the purchase it sounds like the second purchase was not successful.
Jagex does have purchase limits on Bonds purchases.
Bonds are very susceptible to online fraud and Jagex does reserve the right to limit purchases.
The purchase limit is set based on your purchase history.
If the issue is a purchase limit issue, all you can do is wait for a week or so until your ability to purchase more Bonds is opened up again.
