Missing bonds

I bought 20 bonds last night, 2 packages of 10. Now i didnt know that the bond pouch only holds 10, but i bought them back to back without doing anything ingame. I however only ever received 10, both payments were successful and i have the emails from paypal and jagex. I took the initial 10 out of the pouch and sold them on the GE but i have yet to receive the second 10. Am i missing something? is there somewhere else they'd be? theyre not in my bank and weren't in my inventory?

You should check your confirmation emails to make sure the Bonds were purchased for the game version you wanted.
RS3 Bonds are named RuneScape Bonds
OSRS Bonds are named Old School Bonds
If your emails don't both show the exact same name, the other ten might have gone to the other game version.

Then, work through the troubleshooting on the Find my Bond support page.
The instructions on that page cover every eventuality so work through everything.
