The 14 Day Membership Code is the default Bond redemption at the moment.
Is your 'Messages' tab showing the message now? It should be showing a message detailing exactly what you bought/redeemed.

Use the 'Contact Us' button to get to a message form.
Have a read of that PSA.
I believe response times to Billing Support tickets is currently 3-4 days.
The response should arrive in the 'Messages' tab on your account.
