I wrongly purchased a whole year membership for my osrs hcim instead of my main on 12-Aug.
I created a support ticket to jagex same day and haven't touch both acc for 10 days. I did not receive any response from jagex since then.
If they don't want to follow my case why don't they just simply reply No to me via email so I don't need to keep waiting endlessly?
