Hi,

so yesterday a friend told me about the premium membership discount and we were completly down buying the gold premium club. However i wasnt in the state buying it and today i was really sad that the discount was already away.

Does anybody know if there was still a chance buying it in with the discount? Or when will be the discount online again?

It makes me sad that i finally have some time playing this game and i missed this opportunity

I purchased a Premier Club Gold membership on 11/17 and received an order confirmation in my email. But I don't see any of the perks available to my character. No pet, no outfit, nothing. What's up?

Is the order confirmation addressed to the correct account? check the email.
If you find Premier Club has been bought for the wrong account, head to the Premier Club Refunds, Transfers and Everything in between! page for instructions about what to do.

Did you navigate to the payment page from the Premier Club banner headline on the website homepage?
Did you check how much you paid? The prices for different currencies are listed in the wiki -https://runescape.wiki/w/Premier_Club
If you found you bought the regular twelve month membership instead of Gold Premier Club, use the same contact link 'Get in touch' on that page.

The email receipt does list Belgarond, and:

12 Months Membership USD 74.95

Everything looks right in the receipt, but I don't see any of the perks.

I did also buy some runecoins in the same transaction...could that have messed things up with the Premier club?

@Belgarond - It sounds like you accidentally bought the regular 12-month package instead of the Gold package. The Runecoins are unrelated.

You can get in touch with Jagex to request that they switch the 12-month package to the Gold package.
