Termit42, it seems the problem affects not only you! I'm in the exactly same situation. Suddenly, after redeeming a bond on my main (or so I thought) who was about a year on f2p, I've found out there are twin accounts! Same email, same password, same username - but different display names. One is a main of 2k total levels, another is a newbie in Lumbridge. And the payment got to the newbie!
I submitted a ticket already, but judging by your example - I apparently have no chances for a quick answer. Maybe not for a week or I dunno how long! I want not only to transfer the subscription. I want to delete this twin, because it will create lots more problems. I don't understand how it was generated - seemingly exactly the same way as yours newbie Termit. 'Forgotten login' sent a message to my registered email with the list of 2 accounts, both with the same credentials - differs only display name. One can be accessed with logging by email, another one with logging by username. Is there a way to delete, erase, annulate that newbie copy of my main? I have full access to both.
