Hey all,

I purchased membership through the website 2 days ago, it said the payment was unsuccessful however funds have left my bank. I’ve tried contacting support but haven’t heard back yet. Currently showing as not a member so not sure what to do, have Jagex just swiped my cash haha.

Your bank is holding the money and will return it to your account within 3-5 days of the failed transaction.
Your bank doesn't know the transaction failed, they just know you tried to make a purchase so they are holding the money out, waiting for Jagex to claim it.
But Jagex won't claim it.
After a waiting period, your bank will return it and it will look like it never left in the first place!
