Think my account was hijacked a while back. Password wouldn't work and had to recover the account. It has an unpaid balance of $35.
Whenever I try to pay this balance in the store, it gets stuck on "we're getting your order ready"
I don't even get to the step where I choose a payment method.
I recommend you message Billing Support and get them to check the account.
Go to the

support article and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.
You are reporting "unauthorised access" and needed to recover your account.
Usually a response is received within two days but, currently, they are really busy and response times have nearly doubled. It could be four days before you hear back.
