Yesterday 04/07/2023 steam renewed my membership but today when i went to log in i can't access member worlds but runescape says i have a subscription active.
I even got a Steam email confirming my payment but after login i get a pop-up saying "Recent billing failure, your account has recently had a billing failure. Please check that your payment method is still valid." My payment method is the steam wallet and i got charged for the purchase.
Checking on my purchase history the membership charge gets reflected, but when i check my active subscriptions it says "proccesing". When trying to ask for steam support i get told that Runescape manages support on their own so i have to check with them. I opened a ticket but the ETA is 48 hours so i haven't heard back from Jagex
