(PLEASE HELP) Bonds not workin

Hello not sure if this is where I should be posting this but I already reported this an issue multiple days in a row with no feedback.

I have been saving bonds in my bank for the past year and recently been playing a lot using them up. I am now down to my last few bonds and the last one I used didn't work, the chat box even said it was consumed and I would get membership soon.. I tied using a second Bond and it also didn't work so now I dont want to try anymore.

currently bonds are around 70m so yea would be nice to at least have them back

if your report is a bug report in game you dont get response from that

thanks for the help! but still no luck.. not sure what else I can do? Is there anyway to request a refund on a spent bond?
