Hello I've seen this issue posted a few times and I just don't understand.
I bought a 1 month membership on mobile through Google on July 8th it said I'd gotten a 7day trial I thought it was starting immediately but I still haven't any trial. Google subscription says I need to confirm my plan on the RuneScape app and when I look around RuneScape is says Jagex has to recognize my membership. I contacted Google support they say it's on Jagex. I cancelled my plan due to lack of support and still no trial
I've read other responses to make sure I'm on the right account I bought while logged in to my right account and Google is paired with this account. If jagex doesn't like working weekend then tomorrow I should have my trial maybe 24 hrs right? If I try to buy another membership it says I'm already a member......
