i cant get any help. plz

I cant get the billing department or the jagex website to help at all they are just ripping cash out of my bank with out asking!! I got a bond {as in one bond} about two weeks ago and now they took another payment out of me and it isnt Okay. I bought one bond thats it. why did i just get anouther charge for a another bond???? i didnt ask for membership for multi weeks just one bond. and now the site isnt working what am i to do? and yes i know what i was looking at and said yes to. I got one bond for 14 days not two bonds or a membership. P.S i know my grammer and spelling is off. I am not joking btw, some one please help, i dont want to have to get a new card, im about to travel..
