Hello there! I've bee trying to reach out on suggesting that Jagex would allow its Filipino player base ab opportunity to purchase membership by paying via Gcash. Reason being is that it's hard to pay membership using other methods othan than purchasing a bond ingame. Meanwhile, in the Philippines it is a lot easier to purchase thinga online through Gcash. I sincerely hoping this wont fall on deaf ears again or turned a blind eye to. Thank you for your consideration!

Hi. I don't know which forum to suggest this, but here it goes. So, I have been requesting a new payment method to become a member via Gcash since other payment methods are hard to do. I'm from the Philippines, and I don't trust Alipay since it has connections to China which in itself is sketcy as based from the reviews that it receives. I've tried requesting this on a content suggestions forum but it unfortunately fell in deaf ears or turned a blind eye. Anyway, I think it would greatly benefit Jagex if it allows Filipino players the ability to pay easily with Gcash. That's about it. I am looking forward to your opinion or support with regards to this. Thanks!

We are all players on the forums. You aren't talking to JMods here.

There isn't a dedicated contact point to message Billing Support to make a request or suggestion about purchasing methods.
The closest I can recommend is to use the 'Contact Us' button on the Unsuccessful payment support page.
You might have to navigate your way through a message form that doesn't lend itself to the message you want to make but do the best you can. :)
