okay so i have 2 accounts.

1. name - KILLJOYYZZ , this is an old account i never use

2. account via steam which is this one killjoyy1

i made a bond purchase via steam a while back and it all went through fine got my bonds on this account killjoyy1 BUT then the issue began .....i redeemed one bond and for some reason it activated it on my old unused account so it was wasted basically i thought to myself huh try again (not realizing it went through on my old account at that time) and it went through on this account? (where i wanted it) so now my bond on this was active i log in to find a bond missing (active on my old account) so i checked and checked then decided to check my old account blah blah and there it was active ...thought to myself waste not want not so sent my old account stuff to this one since they where both members)

anywho my bond on this ran out again so i used my last bond only for it to be sent and used on my old account AGAIN! ......

NOTE: neither account is linked to each other , my old account ran on the stand alone APP or whatever you call it and this one ran solely via steam and i clicked the link to use bond on the account i'm on (in those link options you get) but it still sent it to my old account ....so yet another wasted bond. i'm not buying any more because it's not worth this hassle.

You need to message Billing Support about this.

If KILLJOYYZZ did not make use of the membership it received, Billing Support should be able to help you and move the membership over to killjoyy1.

Start on the Find my Bond support page and use the 'Contact Us' button at the bottom.

I feel the problem you have had has been one of not checking that you were logged in to the correct account at the time of redemption. There is obviously some confusion between the login process for your old account and your Steam linked account. To help resolve this, I recommend you add an email login/password to the Steam linked account. Doing that will mean a Bond purchase never goes into the wrong account and you can keep the Steam link going as well.
