Every time I try to purchase the Premier Club it tells me something in my cart is eligible. I have read every thread I could find and no one could tell me why. People say it is due to something regarding mobile, but I play on my pc and have forever. Does jagex just not want my money? If so I wish it would just say so instead of constantly irritating me. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!
