Every time I try to purchase the Premier Club it tells me something in my cart is eligible. I have read every thread I could find and no one could tell me why. People say it is due to something regarding mobile, but I play on my pc and have forever. Does jagex just not want my money? If so I wish it would just say so instead of constantly irritating me. Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!

From the Purchasing Premier Club support article:
Original message details are unavailable.
Why can't I purchase Summer Premier Club?

If you already purchased Premier Club Bronze or Silver this year, or if you are an existing Gold user, you won't be able to purchase Summer Premier Club.

Remember though, if you have an active Silver Premier Club membership, you can upgrade to Gold .
So, if you purchased either the Bronze or Silver packages when Premier Club was available between November 16th 2020 and March 1st 2021, then you will not be eligible. If you're a Silver package subscriber, click the link for information about upgrading to the Gold package.

I have never purchased a premier pass. I have tried before, but it never allows me. I went to that other thread and I don't see anyone saying exactly the same issue. Are you sure why I still am having this issue? Or would you want me to post over there?

How do you pay for your current subscription?
If you are paying through the Google Play or Apple Pay app, it would explain why you can't purchase Premier Club.

If you normally pay directly through the website with a credit or debit card, try messaging Billing Support to ask why your account unable to buy Premier Club.
Start on the Common Credit Card Issues support page and use the 'Contact Us' button to navigate to a message form.
