Trouble buying bond and member

I’m trying to buy a bond and membership on my new account but jagex is saying my bank has denied it but the money is been taken out then refunded, anyone else know why this is happening iv tried 3 different bank cards and all have same problem?

How did you make the membership purchase for your Firewarlike9 account?
Are you using the same method with your new account?

The most likely cause is, if you are not in the UK, your cards might not be able to be used for international purchases.
