hey peeps i've bought 30 bonds today a bit insane i know but i bought the 1st 10 then sold the 1st 10 on GE then didn't receive the 2nd 10 so i bought the 3rd 10 and sold them on GE which equals 30 and i only got 20 in total (the 1st and 3rd) where is those 2nd set of 10 i've also receive those 3 messages too and got them on osrs not rs3 and from the official website i've been waiting 7 hours so far also if anyone reccomends that 'find your bonds' page i've tried that 1 already otherwise i would'nt of said i got the 1st and 3rd set of 30.

Check your bank records. Did all three payments come out of your account?

The Find my Bond support page has a 'Contact Us' button at the bottom to send a message to Billing Support.
Did you use that button?
