HEY!
-Think there is a bug, and my account may be going through an issue, I need HELP!
-I purchased some things from the store, keys coins and bonds; all three in a cart.
-Money taken from bank
- No items
-payed through paypal, option that they handle the currency conversion (did not know this was an option until investigating) with bank linked and pay if paypal balance doesnt cover
-took off old auto payments
-new one appears
-Confirmed bank sent payment, also it is no longer pending.
-19 Year old account. So old it had to use a username and not email to log in.
-Jagex beta uses only email.
-Logging into support leaves an option of two choices (fractured account? or intentional?)
-one is a deadend that leads nowhere, yet its only option is locked into my email as account name choice (as i said, i used to have to log in via username, this was first indication as to why I thought there was a bug) - this one says "not linked to jagex account - no passwords, old or new work - dead end, (hes lost in the matrix! and that may be where my items may be located!)
-New account goes to jagex just fine, going to messages shows theres data in two spots not together.
-I used the newer login with old account before it was migrated/updated.
-sent email. waiting. would like a quicker response as my money is gone and I have no items.
