I accidently bought rs3 bonds instead of osrs bonds. contact billing support to transfer my bonds to osrs from rs3. Have not heard anything from them for a month noth whats going on.

There is a delay in their response times, as mentioned here: Delayed response times . Sadly, everyone is affected and all we may do is patiently wait until this is resolved.
