so i go to log on today and well it said i had and unpaid balance so im like oh ok bank declined something so i go get my other payment method well when i try to make the payment i get stuck on and infinite loading screen thats says were getting your order ready now there has to be some way to figure this out other then waiting for the slow response time of jagex no offense so if ne one has and sugesstion id greatly appreciate it

Do you know exactly what payment is causing this problem?
Have you checked the 'Messages' tab in account management to see if there are any recent messages about payments?

If you know exactly what payment is the problem, the fastest way to resolve the issue is to contact your bank and get the chargeback reversed . Reversing the chargeback will make the whole thing go away very quickly.

If you don't know exactly what payment is the problem, you really should message Billing Support and get them to tell you about the charged back payment.
It may be that your account has been used by a hijacker and the hijacker has caused the problem.
To message Billing Support, use the 'Contact Us' button on the Unpaid balance support page.

If you are waiting on a response from Billing Support, I am sorry for the wait. There is no method to speed up their response times. All tickets go into a queue and get answered in turn.

While you wait, please review your email, device and account security in case there has been a hijacker active on your account.

This thread is nearly four months old. In the months since, I have come to the conclusion that the "we're getting your order ready" message is a confusingly polite way of saying something quite the opposite.

Purchases directly from Jagex via credit card should process immediately.
There are all sorts of reasons why the order is not processing. It might not be personal at all. It might be because of where you are in the world or what card you are using.

Messaging Billing Support is a good start. They should be able to check your account and explain to you what you need to do to raise a successful purchase.
They usually take up to 2 days to reply but they have the Delayed response times message up at the moment so it might be longer.
They will reply though.
