Not sure why or if it belongs here but I made a new account to play on the fresh start worlds
Bought the one month membership plus trial and I have over 180 days of membership? Not sure if a bug or if I am missing something. Was billed the one month amount. Just curious. If it was a big and wrong just wanna make sure someone knows please lmk so I can figure out what happened here

Did you buy here on the website or through another website?
If you bought here on the website, you will have an email confirmation of payment and also a message in the 'Messages' tab telling you exactly what you bought.

If you bought through another website you would have to check the confirmation of payment message you got from them.

Lastly, are you reading the date right?
Jagex write dates in the DD/MM/YYYY format.

So I did it said 1 month plus trial which is what I was charged for however I was given 6 months. I have pics of it and I bought it through the runscape 3 mobile app on the Google play store. I more or less wanted to figure out if a bug happened and I paid 13 dollars and some change for 6 months. It was def the one month price. But was given 6 months.

All I can say is....wow! This is quite unusual. :D
Is it a bug? It certainly sounds like it.

You have two options:
1. Wait and see. See if your membership continues past the one month you paid for.
2. Contact Google Play to ask them to check the payment you made and correct the mistake. Because you paid through Google Play, you have to talk to them to get it sorted.

Ok ty. It more or less is one of those things that I wanna make sure jagex is getting what they are supposed to money wise. The fact that I bought one month and was givin 6 months of in game membership as well as an email saying one month but saying my subscription will renew in six months is what is concerning. Not necessarily to me money wise because like I said I paid the one month price but more or less in the sense of jagex losing potential money. Ik it seems wierd that since I got more I would post here but I've played on and off for over 15 years or so and wanna make sure things like this don't happen per say. But idk who's end it's on. It happened when I bought a membership while making an account for the new start worlds :/
