Problems completing purchases

Hello!

I have had an issue completing purchases on my account. When I go to check out, I get the loading animation below saying "we're getting your cart ready," but it just spins forever. If I log in to my alt account, I do not have this issue.

I have tried multiple browsers, cache clearing, different networks, and different PCs. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem.

I have submitted ticket 4177524 related to the issue, in case anyone wants to help a fella out. I am looking forward to getting back to RS after a long break! :)

Hello, Malua!

The tips on the unsuccessful payment are largely geared towards those that can at least attempt to make a payment; I can't even get that far. With that being said, I have been trying since Sunday with no luck, and I have submitted ticket 4177524 using the "contact us" form that also largely did not apply to my situation.

The ticket is a few days old at this point, so hopefully we can bring it to a resolution soon.

I've managed to do a work around for the 'We're getting your order ready' issue. I opened mobile OSRS and followed the purchase membership through there. I subscribe through Google Play, and paid via PayPal.

Prior to this I tried it on mobile RS, but I couldn't actually activate the subscription according to Google Play. Google Play refunded me within minutes of this not working so it wasn't a major problem. I thought to give it a go with mobile OSRS and worked perfectly.

I can get back to recovering after a hack ^_^
