Can't get premier 2023

Logged into website to check, got red error message "You are not eligible for any items in this category. If you are attempting to purchase membership, this may be due to an existing recurring subscription active on mobile."

I don't have a mobile sub I don't play rs3 or osrs on mobile? Other than the 2 day passcode everyone got for the lockout. When I left click redeem my 20 bonds I see 15 keys for bond not what I want, yak track packages not what I want, runecoins not what I want, display name change not what I want, portable trader not what I want, runemetrics pro not what I want. I click membership button in game to website it sends me to the membership page with the same red error message and there's no option to buy premier in any of the 4 tabs in shop of marketplace.

I don't want to waste bonds on premier pass for yak track, I want premier membership 2023. I don't have twitch prime membership.

Anyone know how I can redeem my 20 bonds for premier membership 2023? There's literally no options anywhere on my character.

Wiki pages for bond and premier membership don't help either.

My problem is that I can't even see the option to get premier membership 2023 on my account and I get red error message on website for premier. Is there no way for me to get premier membership 2023 without needing to reduce my days to another account? I don't have an alt I can give my extra days to and I'm not giving my days to my friends.

I do have membership lasting a couple years. Most of the extra days is from redeeming game cards. Would transferring the bonds to osrs and then redeeming for premier in osrs with osrs work? Can I get some assistance before yak track ends in 7 days?

If the problem is too much paid for membership sitting on your account, transferring the Bonds to OSRS wouldn't work either.

If you have advance membership lasting until 2024 or later, you won't be able to buy Premier Membership until either:
- you use some of your regular membership up
- you get Jagex to transfer some of it to an alt
- you wait until Jagex fix the problem (which they said they were going to do early this year)

The fastest resolution to get the Premier tasks in Yak Track before it ends is to redeem Bonds for the Premier Pass.
Contacting Billing Support to get a membership transfer or Bonds transfer is not a quick process right now and certainly wouldn't be resolved with the next 7 days.

this reddit thread describes the same issue I have. I have over 2.5 years of membership past this year. The first reply says I can't buy premier if I have over 2.5 years of membership and that I can ask jagex support to convert extra years to premier membership. Is this true? Where on the website can I get a jmod to convert my spare days of regular membership into premier? Does it matter if the extra days past 2.5 years are mostly from game card choice of member days + 2 bonds?

Ok, I just read that reddit you posted.
I have not heard anything about the excess membership being converted into Premier. There has been a fair bit of discussion on the RSOF and nobody has mentioned this. As far as I know, tranferring some excess membership to another account is all that Billing Support offers.
I will say that I doubt what that redditor says. There are a couple of things in their post that don't sit right and make me doubt their intentions/honesty.

To message Billing Support, use the 'Contact Us' button on the Transfer purchase support page.

I can't answer this. Only Billing Support can advise you.

You need to know that messages to Billing Support are in a very long queue at the moment.
While replies are supposed to arrive back within 48 hours, it was taking several weeks to receive a reply before Christmas. I hope the time delay has shortened but you might have to buy that Premier Pass if you want to complete the Premier track of the current Yak Track.

If you are able to get your excess membership converted into Premier, please post back and tell us. I would appreciate knowing the outcome.
