I Bought runemetrics pro to have some statistics, yet it's not working, the runemetrics app is not completely loading and looks like this :



it's super laggy and nothing is working
no idea where else to post this but could please this be fixed ?
(edit refreshing the website 10 times doesn't work either)

I just started playing and am not at all happy. I bought coins thinking they would go to my character but they are only usable in a store that will not open. It just buffers all the time and I cannot see the contents of this store. I am about to report fraud to my credit card. I paid for a service and am not getting it. I contacted support and received an auto generated email with articles that didn't help. Lackluster service.

These issues sound like technical problems.
Try the troubleshooting on the Website issue support page.

Vaxyerdamkid, please don't force a chargeback on your credit card payment as it will freeze your RuneScape account. Try the website issues troubleshooting first then, if you cannot resolve the problem, apply for a refund from Jagex via the Refunds support page.
